GoHiboo

Accessibility

Last updated August 20, 2026

GoHiboo is used by children, including children who find reading or fine motor control hard. We build for that rather than treating it as an exception.

What we hold ourselves to

WCAG 2.2 Level AA as the standard we measure against.

Every control reachable and operable by keyboard alone, with a clearly visible focus indicator.

Text contrast measured against its actual background rather than judged by eye, at the 4.5:1 ratio the standard requires for body text.

Every interactive target at least 44 by 44 pixels, because the hands using this are small.

Motion honours your device's reduce-motion setting.

The whole interface available in French and in English, with the page language changing with it so screen readers pronounce it correctly.

Where we are not there yet

We have not yet completed testing with screen readers across the full product, nor at 200% zoom, nor in Windows High Contrast mode. Those are planned before launch.

We would rather say this plainly than claim conformance we have not verified.

Tell us

If something is hard to use, tell us at info@educatutoring.com and describe what happened and what you were using. We treat accessibility faults as defects, not as feature requests.

Questions about any of this? Write to info@educatutoring.com and a person will answer.
